Exciting News!!

Run pick up the December 2003 issue of "O Magazine." For those of you who aren't familiar with this publication, it's Oprah's magazine.The December issue is devoted to items of excellence, things like an umbrella that won't break in the wind, the Swifter duster, the Parrot Tulip and ... THE RAGDOLL!!!

Yes, "O" has voted the Ragdoll as their pick of an animal worthy to be noted as "excellent!" The article, entitled "21 Excellent Things," can be found on page 221.

A little background info: On September 23rd, Don and Jean Ransdell and three of their Ragdolls took a trip into New York City to the Whyte studio for a photo shoot for this issue. We didn't know, until now, which Ragdoll was picked to be the one to appear in the magazine, as all three had a wonderful time wooing the photographers and editors of "O Magazine." I am very happy to congratulate, along with Don and Jean, Federica Guaguano of Rome, Italy, as the Ragdoll chosen was Silmarilions "Benny," their beautiful blue point bicolor male! :-)

Be prepared for all the Oprah fans to find out about our wonderful breed!
Even Oprah thinks the Ragdoll is excellent, and is letting everyone know what we've known for years!!! :-D
